# RETURN & REFUND POLICY

## 1. RETURN WINDOW
Fedou Market LLC accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
* The item must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it.
* The item must include its original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and other included materials.
* You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
* You must contact Fedou Market LLC before sending a return.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
## 2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain products cannot be returned after they have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed.
Non-returnable items may include:

* Products marked Final Sale.

## 3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Fedou Market LLC as soon as possible.
Please provide:
* Your order number.
* Your full name.
* A description of the problem.
* Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and damage or error.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until your request has been reviewed.
## 4. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Fedou Market LLC, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when the return results from an error by Fedou Market LLC.
Fedou Market LLC is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Do not send a product back until you receive return instructions from Fedou Market LLC.
## 5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Your bank, credit card company, Shopify payment provider, or other financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
